The property benefits from great transport links to the A23, A27, close to Preston Park train station and on the main 5B bus route. In the local area there are two fantastic pubs (The Long Man of Wilmington and The Ladies Miles) as well 2 Indian and an Italian restaurant as well as local takeaways (indian, burger, pizza, charcoal grill) There are a number of shops locally including Sainsburys express, Coop and Asda Superstore. The Patch has dedicated off-street parking for two cars. It is located a 2 minute walk from a bus stop served by the 5B bus which takes you into the heart of Brighton and also into Hove. It can also be used to get to the Asda Superstore. Preston Park train station is about 25 minute walk or bus stop to the station is a 5 minute walk. There are pubs, restaurants, and small grocery shops within walking distance.
