We are pleased to introduce our new Deluxe apartment with 3 bedrooms, a large garden, a dedicated bathroom and a bath. A garage that will house 2 cars. Why leave anybody behind ? A beautiful set of stylish modern apartments, within a listed building full of character. We are family orientated and are children friendly. Stags & Hens not keen, and 1 night bookings are not often entertained. Each apartment boasts, free high speed (fibre optic) WiFi, and two 4K High definition TVs, (55 inch in the Minster Apt). Each with its own Netflix account. All apartments have washer dryer machines and dishwashers). There is parking outside with no restriction before 8 am and after 6 pm, and free at weekends. 50 yards away there is parking with no restriction at all, in East Cliff road. We have key-less digital entry, so you can check in remotely if that suits you. Cathedral apartment has views of the Cathedral, and is a penthouse with its own separate floor (Sleeps 4 adults). Minster is the 2nd largest with chandelier light fitting and 2 x 55 inch TVs (sleeps 4 comfortably). Lindum is quaint and has the largest kitchen (and the gorilla)1 double 1 sofa and a single (3 -4 comfortably).

Note: As of January 2021 unfortunately all of the online travel agents have increased their commission, so we have had to raise our prices slightly. Owing to the pandemic we have also had to add a price management engine. Please book early to get the best prices and bypass the engine; also there may be bargains elsewhere for discerning travelers.

Very close to the historic bailgate area of Lincoln within a stones throw of its famous cathedral. Lincoln is also the home of the Red Arrows aerobatic team, and also hosts the Bomber Command memorial. Not to mention it was the capital of England before London. Within the cobbled streets of Lincolns uphill area there are some exotic boutiques, and many fine restaurants. There are also multiple coffee shops and bazaars where one can buy virtually anything. A plethora of good pubs are in walking distance, and the Adam n Eve will look after you if you mention you are staying with us.
