Situated in Castle Donington, just 2 minutes drive from Donington Park, 5 minutes drive from East Midlands Airport and the city centres of both Nottingham and Derby are only a 15 minute drive away; you cannot get a better central location. The property is brand new with quality furnishings. Downstairs there is a kitchen/diner, lounge and separate WC. Upstairs you will find a family bathroom, 2 double bedrooms and an en-suite king.
