Well appointed 1st floor property with great views of the Clyde, and well equipped to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Ideally located on the waterfront in central Helensburgh, ensuring the towns many excellent restaurants & bars and amenities are easily accessible. The apartment has a large open plan living room, with dining area and fully fitted modern kitchen. The 2 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The bathroom has a corner bath, and also a large separate shower cubicle. Free parking is available across the road. The property provides a bright and tastefully decorated space, with high ceilings and large windows, providing excellent views of the river Clyde, Inverclyde, and the Rosneath peninsula. Broadband is provided for guests. The living room has a large television offering Freeview and Freesat, and a DVD player is also provided along with a selection of DVD's (plenty for kids to watch too). Both bedrooms also have wall mounted TV's with Freeview.
Local resident, father of 3. I work in recruitment, and enjoy boating on the Clyde sea lochs and Loch Lomond with the family. I am also volunteer crew with the local lifeboat station.
Helensburgh is a popular tourist town near loch Lomond and is also close to Faslane naval base, making the Lookout apartment a comfortable and affordable choice for holidaymakers, and for those visiting the area to work at Faslane naval base.
