The Hive Apartment is a lovely first floor apartment located in the centre, yet quiet position of Marple with its own private 22kw electric car charger on site (for use at an additional cost payable directly to the owner). It is a walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, a micro brewery and two train stations just a 25 minute journey to Manchester City Centre and Manchester Airport. On entering the apartment, there is one flight of stairs to the first floor. The bedroom has a kingsize bed which can also be made into two twin beds and the living space includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a comfy double sofa bed. In the entrance hall there is a washing machine/dryer. The property boasts free private parking for two cars directly in front of the apartment.
