The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area and sitting area. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a king with en-suite shower room and a double with en-suite shower room, along with an additional shower room. Outside there is a communal garden and grounds, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.9 miles you will find a shop and within 0.3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. The Groomsman is a fabulous base from which guests can enjoy the delights of Lancashire.
