Only weekly bookings taken in peak season with Saturday change over day. Accommodation comprises: Grassed fully enclosed front garden with path leading to main front door which opens to small entrance area, 2nd door then leads into a cosy lounge with 2 leather sofas (3 & 2 seaters), smart tv (connected to the Internet) & real open fire place for logs / coal for those cold winter nights. From lounge on through open arch into fully equipped kitchen then carry on through set of double doors into conservatory with beautiful mountain views & dining area. Conservatory leads out onto non-slip plastic decking area with table & chairs & continue to lower fully fenced off patio area. Also from the lounge you access the ground floor double bedroom 1 & ensuite shower room. The staircase leading up to 1st floor, also from the lounge, to a small landing, to the left bedroom 2 with twin single beds & ensuite bathroom. To the right through a low access door is bedroom 3 with a single bed. The cottage has gas central heating, well equipped kitchen and all appliances, all bedrooms are carpeted all other areas have hard floor surfaces. Cottage is fully double glazed, has unlimited broadband, all heating, electricity and bed linen is provided. We DO NOT provide towels so remember to bring your own. Built in 1980's, though cottage looks very much older, is very comfortable, warm, cosy & well equipped for an enjoyable & memorable stay.
I'm married to Tina, have 3 grown up boys and a black labrador dog called Reg. We live in the beautiful Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, 6 miles away from Sycamore Cottage. We bought the cottage in 2004 for its location and variety of outdoor activities plus the local amenities being close by despite set in a beautiful rural area.
