Bright elegant three-bedroom flat with high ceilings, in the heart of Kensington. It is the raised ground floor of a period building. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the third and single bedroom is overlooking the patio. There are two modern bathrooms, one with walk-in shower and window. Separate laundry room with washing and dryer machine. Modern open plan kitchen with all new appliances leading to elegant living room with sofa and TV.
I live in London with my family. I speak Spanish and Italian and I very much look forward to welcoming you. We live in the garden flat (basement) of the same building you would be staying, so we are available should you have any questions. We are always available for problems or queries, as we live in the basement flat of the same building.
The property is located on a beautiful tree-lined street in the heart of Kensington. It is very close to Holland Park, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. All perfect destinations for running, walking and enjoying a coffee while watching the swans, the squirrels and the peacocks in the parks. Holland Park also offers an open air gym and playgrounds for children. The Design Museum is very close, just a 4-minute walk. Westfield (one of Europe's largest shopping centres, including both high-street and luxury brands) is about a 10-minute bus ride away. High Street Kensington offers a range of shops from bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants to Zara, H&M, M&S, Urban Outfitters, Boots and TKMaxx. All within walking distance. Olympia Exhibition Centre is round the corner. The closest tube stations to the property are High Street Kensington (Circle and District Line), Earl's Court Station (Piccadilly and District Line) and Olympia train station, each about 14 minutes’ walk from the flat.
