We are a small family run business based and living in the Callander area. Our Holiday Property Management Company is dedicated to providing a first class, professional and efficient service in order to provide the most memorable holiday experience. We are at hand should you require any information or assistance during your stay.

Property information

Chruinneag is located in a beautiful character stone building which was once a former bank. The property is next to Ancaster Square in the centre of the very quaint village of Callander. The property has been completely refurbished into a luxurious, spacious and immaculately presented upper floor three bedroom holiday home by the Callander Community Development Trust. There is a locked bike shed which fits 6 bikes to the rear of the property assessed via an alleyway. You enter the property through a private front door and a newly laminated stairway leads to the first floor. The landing area is bright with lots of natural daylight coming through traditional sash windows looking out towards St Kessogs Church. The lounge is very spacious and comfortable with large windows looking over the village square. There is a separate large family kitchen and dining area which is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The hallway leads to two twin bedrooms with plenty of storage and a family bathroom with walk in shower. At the end of the hallway is a large double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There are lovely views towards Craggs. All windows are double glazed and traditional sash style. There is parking to the front of the property and many public car parks in the area.

Neighbourhood information

Located next to Ancaster Square in the centre of Callander with shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The property is an excellent base for exploring historic Scotland and is superbly situated for outdoor activities including walks, cycling, climbing and canoeing.  It is also extremely easy to reach, being around one hour’s drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow, only 20 minutes from the M9.
