Beautifully finished & newly renovated 1st floor flat in the heart of The Mumbles. Perfect for couples and professionals this centrally located apartment is close to local cafes, boutiques and restaurants, perfect to enjoy your holiday on the South Wales coast. Free on street parking is available around the local area and outside the flat, on a first come first served basis. It's a short walk from the beach and close to award winning beaches Caswell, Rotherslade and Langland. Within easy reach of the shops and beach. Beautifully newly refurbished apartment with a cute private balcony with views of the town. Cosy and spacious front room with a fireplace. Pull out sofa bed for extra guest. We provide books and games. Bed linen and towels are included. Tea towels and washing up liquid. The kitchen has all you'll need, whether you want to cook up a storm or order in. There is a dining table in the kitchen with 4 chairs. 2 of which can be used to soak up the sun on the balcony. Bluetooth mirror on bathroom and Smart HDTV. Also ideal for contractors or guests wanting to be near to Swansea which is 15 minutes drive away.

The Mumbles is the beginning of the Gower Peninsula and it’s coastline. It’s a popular Swansea neighbourhood and one of Dylan Thomas’ many stamping grounds, as well as a source of world-class ice cream. Oystermouth Castle, perched on a hilltop with spectacular views of the sea is a popular attraction. It’s know for its Victorian pier as well as a lighthouse that was built in 1794. There are a string of welcoming seafront pubs along the famous Mumbles Mile and it’s one of the highest ranking places to live in Wales according to The Sunday Times. An extensive network of local buses serves the City of Swansea, Mumbles, Gower, Neath, Port Talbot and Valleys. If it's extremely busy you can't find free parking for some reason. There is paid parking available 5 minutes walk away at Langland Care parking lot, 6 Langland Road, SA3 4LX for extremely low cost for the day or week. We can give you more info on booking. Swansea is a 15 minute drive away so for shorts stays near Swansea this is the perfect place.
