The property comprises of the following: - A unique styled living room that includes a 55 inch TV with Sky TV, Sky Streaming, Netflix & Super Fast Sky Broadband. A dedicated work space and a separate area for Hand Football table. - Spacious master bedroom with Super Kingsize bed, orthopaedic mattress and Ensuite facility. - Two single beds that can be converted into a Kingsize bed on another bedroom. - Separate Kitchen with dining for 6 guests including complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. - Spacious Bathroom for relaxation. Plus, the property benefits from high ceiling throughout and access to Superstores such as Waitrose, Lidl, Morrisons is only a short walk. Plenty of options for cafe, restaurants and pubs - all at a short distance.

The area has got plenty of options for cafe, restaurants, pubs, take aways - all at a short walking distance. Horley train station is a 10 minute walk from where you can get to London under 30 minutes or if you choose to go towards the sea side Brighton is 30 minutes approx. The 2nd busiest airport in the UK, Gatwick is only a 10 minute drive and plenty of cab operators available. By train, Gatwick is only 3 minutes, regular bus services available to the airport or if you choose to walk, it takes about 20 minutes. East Surrey Hospital is reachable in 15 minutes.
