There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a cafe; Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking. This is a luxury home with a Private Hot Tub, and a full kitchen including, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher- The washig machine and extra sink are in a seperate untility room. TV's in the Lounge and Master Bedroom Table and chairs inside for a cozy family meal. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The other has 2 3ft beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. There is an additional family shower room which is accessible from the hallway or twin bedroom Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking next to the Hot Tub

The whole area which is made up of 150 different lakes, a series of lovely old Cotswold villages, and the infant Thames is a haven for a wonderful array of wildlife and leisure activities. **IMPORTANT NOTICE ** Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024. The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024. **The new play area is now open - see pictures** The indoor pool is due to open 24th May 2024
