James Cook Accommodation is a recently fully re-furbished 4 bedroomed property situated within reach of the heart of Middlesbrough town centre and easy walking distance to James Cook University Hospital. Each bedroom has a double bed equipped with 4 pillows for extra comfort & bedroom furniture to match. Free virgin broadband is provided throughout the entire property & a smart TV in the lounge capable of streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime etc. Linen & towels are provided & a weekly clean can be included. More frequent cleaning can also be provided at an extra cost. The fully equipped kitchen provides washing machine, microwave, cooking utensils & associated cookware for the truly ‘home from home’ experience. A complimentary welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, sugar & milk is provided for late arrivals following a long journey. Outside you will find a rear garden with a patio area. There is a private driveway to accommodate 1 car or medium sized van, further unrestricted street parking is also available.
