Hello there! We are a provider of serviced accommodation in the North East of England. Our company prides itself in providing unexpected comfort for every budget- we've all experienced last minute plans! Whether travelling for work or leisure we want you to have a great experience with us. As a growing provider of overnight accommodation we cater for both short (anything from a single night) to long stays away from home. Here at The Serviced Accommodation Company, your needs as our guests are really important to us, so we try to suit them where possible. This is why we offer a self check in rather than meet and greet for your flexibility, so that you can arrive and be straight in without having to organise a meet with us! We also make sure our guests are aware that if they need us at any point during their stay they can contact us and a member of our team will reply as soon as possible. We encourage regular communication with our guests to ensure all problems are eradicated quickly and to see if anything else is needed. For overseas guests, we can also arrange for all check in details to be sent early to fit around flights etc so they are received in time for the arrival day.

As your enjoyment of the house is our priority we provide some home comforts such as milk, tea, coffee and sugar. We can accommodate special dietary requirements on request and even put a bespoke package together with a full food shop ready for your arrival* (*there is a small additional fee for this service). You can expect at least a good nights sleep with a minimum of two pillows per single bed and a sofa bed available in most properties which can be made up at no additional cost and because you get a whole house for the price of a hotel room, there are no communal spaces or shared bathrooms, just your party to the entire property so you truly can relax in a home from home!You can expect to find anything you would need for daily living provided free of charge including ironing facilities, cooking utensils, clean linen and towels but all of this with the added bonus of a weekly clean minimum (additional cleans can be provided on request for an additional fee). We also provide free WiFi throughout your stay and a travel cot can be organised on request.We do not allow smoking in our properties
