The apartment is located accross the road from the harbour park (funfair), the windmill cinema and a very short walk the Pier Road where you will find restaurants and beach shops. The property is situated in Littlehampton, 12 km from Bognor Regis Train Station, 22 km from Chichester Train Station, and 23 km from Chichester Cathedral. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from Littlehampton East Beach.
