Our fully furnished, self - contained property, with its own entrance, is set on a private estate, within close proximity of the beach, which is only 30 seconds' walk away. Local amenities include tennis courts nearby, some great beachside cafes and a pub within walking distance. Our place is ideal for couples. It has a double bedroom, with a double bed. Separate shower room. Fully fitted kitchen, including dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. Wi - fi & smart television included. Private patio and off - road parking.
My wife Paula and I are pleased to host people seeking a quiet holiday, but with the option of lots to do. This is our first year as hosts and we sincerely hope that you have a wonderful holiday. We are on hand if you need us, as we live next door to your holiday home. We live next door, so we are available for local information and any assistance you require. You will have a welcome pack on arrival. You will have your own keys, so you can come and go as you please.
The property is located on a private estate by the beach. It is a quiet area, but there are lots of activities close at hand. The beach, which has some excellent cafes, is literally within a 30 second walk. Felpham is a busy coastal village with a good level of amenities, including takeaways, supermarkets and a hairdresser. More extensive facilities are to be found in nearby Bognor Regis, as well as the historic Chichester and Arundel, which are within a 20 minute drive, approximately. there is a local doctor's surgery, village church and some decent public houses. There are some lovely coastal walks on the doorstep and for more rural scenery, the South Downs are within a half hour drive or so. Goodwood, with its famous Festival of Speed and Revival meetings, is within about a 20 minute drive. There is off road parking on our driveway. We would recommend a car, as exploring the area is easier, but there are local buses nearby and there is also a mainline station to London at nearby Bognor Regis.
