Victorian house located in central Cardiff in the beautiful Pontcanna area, very close to downtown and the Principality stadium located in the centre of the city only a 15min walk, Bute Park (5mins), Swalec cricket stadium (5mins) and a choice of many pubs, restaurants and shops all within 5-10mins walk. Accommodation is a Bedroom with double bed own private modern bathroom next door. All linens and towels are Egyptian cotton with a choice of goose down or fibre filled pillows, summer and winter weight goose down duvets for your added comfort and luxury. Coffee, Tea making facilities with Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and fresh milk supplied in the room and a full array of toiletries in the bathroom. A 32" TV & Bose Bluetooth wireless speaker system is also supplied for your enjoyment in the bedroom. Parking: This is central Cardiff and street parking is limited. It is primarily residents permit parking, however, there are non-permit spaces on the street. Whenever possible I try to save a non-permit space for guests. Room access is through the front door with stairs leading to the landing with your bedroom and bathroom next to each other in the east part of the house.

I have been living in Cardiff for the last 12 years and really enjoy what Cardiff has to offer, entertainment, sports, restaurants and the outdoors all on the doorstep. My background was the hospitality business for many years and I would like to think I am aware of what people appreciate and how to make their stay comfortable.

The Sunday Times newspaper has rated Pontcanna as one of the hippest neighbourhoods in the country. It describes the area as all tree-lined avenues with delis, restaurants, shops and pubs and one of the nicest and friendliest places to live in. I completely agree and wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Cardiff. Pontcanna is also in a fantastic location in Cardiff with a real neighborly feel but close to downtown. A 5-15 min walk takes you to Rugby and Cricket stadiums and many local pubs and award winning restaurants. Beautiful Bute Park is 5 mins with access to great walks and cycling on the Taff trail. Getting around Bus stop 50m from house, National Express 200m, River taxi to Cardiff Bay 300m. Cardiff city centre can easily be reached in a 15 minute walk. Urber and Taxi services are readily available. There are bike rentals close by which is a fantastic way to get around and even cycle to Cardiff Bay. We often do this trip during the summer months and also ride on the Taff trail which is five mins from the house and you can access many wonderful areas of South Wales and even up to the Brecon Beacons.
