You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage (two story house), Sunderland cottages are a unique design and not found anywhere else in the UK! They are large and deceptive as from the outside they look tiny but this is not so! 2 minutes walking distance to the Sunderland General Hospital, a short bus ride or walk to the town centre. 2.1 miles from the Stadium of Light, access via the metro (2 station trip) for a 10 minute total journey. Located adjacent to Paillon shopping centre. Easy access to the hospital and a short drive or metro to Sea burn and Roker beach’s. In addition easy driving access to both the A1 & A19.

Sunderland City is port, and metropolitan borough within the metropolitan county of Tyne and Wear and historically sat within the county of Durham, England. Sunderland lies at the mouth of the River Wear, along the North Sea and has a vast and stunning coastline with golden sands. Pallion is a suburb and electoral ward in North West Sunderland, in Tyne and Wear, England. Most of the buildings in the area were built during the Victorian Era and consist of large terraced houses built for shipbuilders, but also smaller one-storey cottages in other areas for local workers (the shipyard industry has now long gone), the city is mid revival and has an abundance of opportunities to offer with a stunning coastline, internationally recognised Glass Centre and the famous St Peters Church one of the oldest churches in the World. Pallion within Sunderland is a thriving community with a popular shopping parade full of local goods and bargains. Pallion is also only minutes from the City Centre with local bars, cafes and restaurants along the route. The traditional Sunderland house (Romford Cottage), is in a quiet street just off the main road. Allowing for peace and quite when relaxing and the option of exploring Sunderland from your doorstep. Parking is available for free with a pass provided at the property for your duration.
