Outside, there is roadside parking and a front courtyard with bench and furniture and rear garden. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop within 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.1 mile, and a beach in 0.9 miles. Note: Steep steps to the exterior, three steps up into the kitchen area, steps in the kitchen leading to storage and steep steps up to the garden. Note: Lots of parking available to unload but please park away from the houses. Enjoy a coastal retreat at Potters Cottage.

Lynton and Lynmouth are one of England's most beautiful and unspoiled coastal towns, offering stunning scenery and the greatest views of Exmoor's rocky shoreline and landscape.
