Hosting a king-size with en-suite bathroom, along with a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space, and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio area with furniture a hot tub, and a shared farm meadow garden, while off-road parking is available for one car. Overlea Cottage is a glorious base for a romantic retreat exploring the Derbyshire countryside. Hayfield is a rural village resting just north of the Peak District National Park, popular with walkers due to it's distance to Kinder Scout moorland plateau and nature reserve, experienced ramblers can venture up Kinder Plateau, Pennine Way and Snake Path, and more relaxing walks can be found at Sett Valley Trail towards New Mills. Not far is the village and civil parish of Edale, a starting point for the Penine Way, boasting a selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and close to attractions such as the Goyt Valley in Castle. Also close is the spa town of Buxton where tourists can visit a whole host of cultural attractions.
