Starting with 3 apartments, the reputation of Abodebed has spread throughout the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire areas and now guests, both business and leisure alike, have a choice of more than 25 apartments. Since launch, Martin has welcomed guests from all corners of the globe. Martin thrives on ensuring that Abodebed continues to grow, whilst maintaining the high service standards that our many repeat guests have come to expect. Martin’s favourite hobby is socialising, which is why he really enjoys running Abodebed, as he gets to meet new and interesting people from around the world on a daily basis! And that really doesn’t feel like work!

Hi, I'm Martin Fieldman. It has been a pleasure over the last 10+ years in providing guests with that extra special touch, in having their own fully serviced, self catering apartment. Providing comfortable surroundings and a good base for both business and leisure guests from around the globe. We have various Apartments in Hemel Hempstead Town Centre (now over 25). Our Apartments are either 1 or 2 bed with either Superking/Kingsize or double beds (we can also provide twins in some - please enquire). Towels, linen and weekly housekeeping are included, along with wifi and top of the range Sky TV with recordable box! The kitchens are fully equipped and have the majority of integrated appliances such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, along with microwave, kettle, crockery and all the usual home from home essentials. Our living rooms provide a dining area, flat screen Smart TV. Some, but not all apartments have balconies (please enquire separately). Myself and my team strive to ensure our guests and a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are ...."So much more than a Hotel"!

Hemel Hempstead is a modern, vibrant and growing town. There is the Marlowes Shopping Centre providing retail outlets. Have a relaxing bite to eat or a coffee at Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Subway or Tiki. Across from the town centre is the cricket pitch and Grand Union canal. Here you can take a lovely 15 minute stroll down to Apsley Lock where you can find The Paper Mill Pub & Restaurant, Calazoni Pizza & Pasta. A 2 minute drive or stroll up to Jarman Square will find you at Tesco Extra (one of the many places to food shop locally - Asda, Iceland, Sainsburys are all nearby). Jarman Square not only offers Cineworld with over 10+ screens, but there is also an ice skating rink, the fantastic XC Centre for skate boarding/BMX, pot holing and rock climbing. There are many eateries at Jarman Square too to take your pick. You will not be disappointed. Along from the Apartments are also many nice oldy worldy pubs such as The Blackbirds, The Steam Coach and the Fishery Inn (looking out over the canal).
