Our 6 bedroom hall is located in beautiful Cheshire right in the middle of 600 acres of land. We have a luxury penthouse apartment to let with a large bedroom, sitting room, TV and WiFi, fully fitted self contained kitchen, shower room and washing utility. The apartment is based on the top floor of our house. The apartment is completely self contained and private from the rest of the house.
My husband and I run our own small business and we work from home quite a lot. We have 4 grown up children and two of those adults live at home with us. They have their own rooms and spend most of their time in those rooms. Our daughter who is nearly 19 will be going to university in September so there will then be just the three of us here. We have 3 cats and a small dog. We also have 12 chickens who lay the most gorgeous eggs every day. Fresh eggs a plenty. Our house i too large for us and we'd like to rent out the apartment in either a short term let or long term.
We live in a very quiet place, in the middle of the Cheshire countryside. We have only one neighbour. They are 300 yards away from us so we enjoy the ultimate privacy. We are not on a bus route so it is essential that you have a car or some other similar mode of transport.
