Located in Dover, within less than 1 km of Dover Ferry Port and an 11-minute walk of Dover Castle, Number One Guesthouse provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Built in 19th century, the property is within 1.3 km of Dover Beach. The guest house features family rooms. All units at the guest house are equipped with a seating area. At Number One Guesthouse every room comes with a patio, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV.

Then a friendly welcome awaits you at Number One Guest House, our quaint and charming Grade II listed guest house within Dover's picturesque Castle Ward conservation area, which offers garage parking onsite. The Number One Guesthouse in Dover has been affectionately restored and is a tastefully furnished Victorian Town House, which was established and has been run by the Reidy Family for the last 35 years.
Over the years we have welcomed guests new and old from around the world into our home, our aim is to ensure that their stay has been a pleasurable one with us… So if you are planning an overnight stop, a short walking/cycling break to discover the hidden gems of Dover and the wonderful surrounding towns or even if your visit to our area is for business. The Reidy family would be delighted to welcome you to the Number One Guesthouse, where we strive to meet the needs of our guests by offering a number of services such as: free WiFi connection, secure garage parking on-site and long term discounted parking can be arranged if required
Our Dover Bed & Breakfast guesthouse is overlooked by the magnificent Dover Castle and is ideally placed to discover the many wonderful attractions that our town has to offer, including one of England´s most famous Landmarks "The White Cliffs of Dover" which are literally a short walk and before you know it you are strolling on top of them… where you will be delighted at the amazing views to be seen and why not take afternoon tea at Mrs Knott´s tearoom which is attached to the National Trust´s South Foreland Lighthouse. Location is paramount and our guesthouse is in a prime position for the town and the perfect place to offer those travelling by ferry to France or taking a cruise from Dover a short 5 minute drive to both departure terminals and the Channel Tunnel terminal is only a 10 minute drive. However for our guests arriving by either train or coach we are within walking distance, from the railway station it will take around 10 minutes and from the bus station only 5 minutes
