No 1 The paddock is ideally situated in a private gated courtyard shared with just a handful of properties, there is no through road making it nice and quiet of traffic. ** Please be advised a small handful of properties are being developed next to the property, although the development will not directly affect The Paddock, we wish to advise you may experience some noise pollution during your stay** The peaceful village of Kilkhampton is just a short walk away, here you’ll find the post office, 2 pubs and a range of convenience stores and take aways. Pride of place is the Beautiful St James Church. The stunning beaches of Sandymouth, Crooklets, Summerleaze and Widemouth Bay are just a stones throw from the Paddock, watching the sun set at Widemouth Bay is simply stunning or just a few minutes down the coast at Summerleaze or Crooklets you’ll find an expanse of golden sand and rock pools to explore, there’s even a sea pool if your fancy taking a refreshing dip.
