The delightful cottage is ideal for families, couples, golfers and hikers looking to explore the coast of Wales and Snowdonia. You’ll be within easy reach of one of the UK’s best beaches, a large selection of award-winning attractions and breathtaking scenery along the Llŷn Peninsula—including up to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) itself . You’ll find miles of beautiful beach just a short 10-minute walk from the cottage (though there are steps—if you prefer a more sedate trip there are two beaches less than five minutes’ drive away). The cottage is also close to Porthmadog, home to a variety of cuisines, as well as a maritime museum and the famous Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway. Nearby Portmeirion offers award-winning restaurants, stunning architecture and gardens, as well as a host of independent shops and cafes. For golfers, the cottage is ideally positioned within a trio of courses almost unrivaled in the UK: Royal St. David’s, “one of the finest settings for golf in the world”, is just 3 minutes’ drive away and you can also visit the renowned Aberdovey and Nefyn courses.
