Company info

The apartment was a derelict pub which had been closed for over ten years. Jamie and Daniel who grew up in the local area have recently took over property which has been fully renovated including the downstairs pub and the apartment upstairs. The pub has a warm welcoming atmosphere servicing the local residents and is especially busy on match days. Noise from the pub is minimal however on weekends they do have live singers and karaoke and there may be some noise until 2am. The apartment is a clean, stylish modern apartment with all newly fitted amenities. The apartment is suitable for groups, families and anybody visiting the city for the football or to explore the city. As the owners are local to the area they are very knowledgeable and always happy to assist guests to make the most out of their stay.

The Springfield Apartment has been recently renovated to a high standard providing everything you would need for a trip to Liverpool. The apartment has fast free Wifi and all the other amenities you would expect from a modern apartment at a very affordable price. All three bedrooms are spacious, one large double with en-suite bathroom, one standard and a twin. The apartment is well located within walking distance to Liverpool and Everton football grounds and a short drive into the city centre.
