This flat comes with all amenities, including a full kitchen and bathroom. Perfect if you are away for work and dont want a hotel room. It has a double bed and a sofa bed in the front room for 2 people. Parking in across the road, there are parking bollards if needed. no smoking or parties at the property. Ask re if pets are allowed there is a HIVE heating system and due to rising cost of heating this is set in the winter months to 22 degrees. due to the building an outside aerial is not permitted so signal is not great but there is Netflix and fire stick

Jubilee works is a home awy from home. It is ideally situated 10 minutes from the M1 and close to Sheffield and Chesterfield. Also perfect location for Chesterfield Canal, where theres is nervous walks and bike routes.
