Janes Places is an online holiday home agency that guarantees an income for property owners and gifts holidays to families affected by cancer. We strive to make sure your holiday is memorable by paying attention to the little details, from help with planning your visit to having a hot drink and biscuit available for your arrival. Janes Places came about from my mother who passed away from Ovarian cancer in 2016, a strong, courageous, hard-working woman who built businesses from the bottom up through hard work and determination, we are building this in her memory. Our apartments have been fitted out tastefully with our environment in mind, whether it's FSE-sourced wood, upcycled furniture, bamboo furnishings or non-toxic biodegradable materials many items have been chosen with thoughtful consideration. We have four apartments to rent in Hartlepool all located at Mariners Point, these seafront apartments all comfortably sleep 4 and have peaceful waterfront views, overlooking the harbour. The gorgeous apartments are situated on the ground, 2nd and 3rd floors with balconies (ground floor outside patio area) and sea views. All with a spacious open-plan lounge, Flat screen TVs and fibre Wi-Fi. Our Lustrious Eco-Friendly Seafront Apartment is fitted with a QLED mini-led 55-inch TV and has a fully equipped kitchen with an eco-programmed washer/dryer, dishwasher and consciously sourced microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. A spacious bathroom with an over-bath shower and ensuite shower in one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with FSE toxic-free double beds, draws, fitted wardrobes and black-out curtains. Bamboo linen & towels are provided with natural side lamps, fitted with wireless charging. Designated parking with ample visitor parking spaces and access via stairs or lift. Travel cot and highchair can also be provided on request.

Set close to restaurants and smart pubs on the marina, the apartments are just a short walk to the town centre with its theatre and shopping mall. Mariners Point is ideally located to enjoy the many visitor attractions in the Teesside Valley. Durham, Yorkshire, Hadrian’s Wall, Newcastle and the Northumberland Heritage coast are all within easy driving distance. The bus stop is just off the main marina and the train station is just a 10-minute walk from the apartments.
