This is done safely and securely via the guest portal on Charge Automation through a secure link that is sent to guests' email after the booking is confirmed. The whole process takes no more than 5-10 minutes. All guests are required to go through this to ensure the authenticity of the booking and safety and security of our guests. There are no exceptions to this. If the guest tries to come up with any excuse not to complete these, please be advised that the booking will be at risk and no access to property will be granted. Centrally located property - getting around Southend-on-Sea, Westcliff-on-Sea and Leigh-on-Sea is easy using own vehicle. Parking anywhere on the street (one way) is free - no permits or parking fee needed. Wherever you can find an empty space on the road, just park!
