This larger than average (38 x 12 ft) 2 bedroom static caravan has a lovely homely feel to it, with decking and also a washing machine and full sized integrated fridge and freezer. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite toilet and sink. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also fitted wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. I provide quilts and pillows but you will have to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers, and also your own towels for hygiene reasons. On site there is an indoor heated pool, a fishing lake, indoor soft play area, outdoor playground, a bar / restaurant. Arcades, a shop and also bingo and entertainment. Site passes are not included in the price but can be purchased at the reception area on site. The caravan is located in a beautiful village with a couple of pubs and a shop, there is also a chippy across the road from the caravan park. At the top of the lane, if you have a little walk, it leads you to an amazing almost unused beach ! There are also fast jets flying around. Seals come up onto the beach at times too. In the area there is mablethorpe, cleethorpes, skegness, sea life centres, zoos, and lots of various parks and days out. The tv in the living room also has a built in dvd player. During the week you may be lucky enough to spot our fighter jets flying over doing their practice. This caravan is larger than the average caravan, it is bigger than my 3 bedroom one so dont let the fact that it is 2 bedroom put you off. Unfortunately I cannot accept groups of 4 or more same sex adults, as this is the parks policy. Ie, 4 x adult females or 4 x adult males. Located in saltfleet which is just a few minutes drive from mablethorpe .

NO GROUPS OF MORE THAN 4 SAME SEX ADULTS ALLOWED DUE TO SITE POLICY. There are lots of places to visit locally, such as Mablethorpe, cleethorpes, skegness, zoos, farms, water parks, arcades, fast jets, aquariums and auperb beaches.
