You will sleep well in our comfortable king sized garden room with en-suite bathroom including rain shower. There is ample hanging space for clothes, a cupboard containing a small fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle plus relaxing arm chairs in which to unwind. Doors open onto a paved private patio with chairs. We are located on the cliff top within minutes of the uncrowded shingle beach (sandy at low tide) and provide parking. Easy walking to a good pub/ restaurant or the village is a little further.

Hi, I’m Katie. Our family has lived in Milford on Sea for nearly 30 years. Of course we love the wonderful combination of forest and seaside which surround our rather special village. For sure you will too! Since 2012 Lighthouse was available as a whole holiday house while we spent 6 months of every year abroad. Now we have just one spacious room to offer but this time look forward to hosting our guests in person.

Lighthouse is located one mile from the village centre and overlooks Christchurch bay. Panoramic views from The Needles to Swanage make this a marvellous starting point for cliff top walking but just behind us we also have a fascinating network of woodland paths to explore. Water sports and Isle of Wight day trips are available from Keyhaven and Lymington plus bicycles to hire in the village. There are several excellent restaurants, cafes and bars in the village with more famous ones a short drive away. We can help with any local knowledge.
