The direct access to the garden ensures your privacy during your stay, whilst also allowing you to immerse yourself in the beautiful countryside surroundings. Set in the heart of Co. Down amidst the Drumlins of Lecale this is a modern spacious home just 4 miles from Downpatrick & 4 miles from Strangford and is well placed for exploring Strangford Lough and Co. Down. The National Trust Castleward Estate & Gardens are just minutes away, a must see for the Game of Thrones enthusiasts. For Golfers, Ardglass and Downpatrick golf courses are 15 minutes away and Royal Co. Down just 30 minutes away. Catering to everyone, walkers and cyclists will enjoy the quiet country roads! The area is steeped in the history of St Patrick and St Patrick's monument is just a mile away - if your felling energetic a walk to the monument is worth it for the views! There are several restaurants in the village of Strangford and a couple of good pubs, also plenty to choose from in Downpatrick too. From Strangford, Portaferry is just a short ferry crossing where there is an aquarium and the Ards Peninsular to explore for the whole family.
