Me and my Husband Paul live at the other end of the lake. We appeared on the Channel TV series, Grand Designs in September 2019, Lincolnshire Roundhouse We look after all of our guests. We are on hand 24/7 for any queries. We do go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay with us. We do leave you alone and leave yourselves to it since the pandemic and it has changed our interaction with our guests, which is a shame, but social distancing, we will endeavour to resolve any issues, etc if any do arise. We perform an in-depth fogging treatment after every guest has vacated and this is why we are strict on our prompt checking in and checking out times as we need to perform extra sanitizing, etc before the next guest arrives. We use a professional laundry service and we ask that you could strip your beds on vacating the cabins please. The site is very remote and the nearest shop is a co op just under 1 mile away. There is a brilliant fish & chip shop next door to the co op and quite a few take away and food delivery services. If you need to know anything about the local area or anything else, please call!

All Cabins overlap the beautiful 3 acre fishing lake. You have a very large veranda to fish from or simply sit back and chill soaking up the surrounding sounds of nature. This is a quiet retreat so no loud parties/music etc. This is a peaceful chill out site. Why not collect the free-ranged eggs on-site from the chicken coop? Ideal boiled with some toasted and buttered soldiers to dip in! The fish in the lake are in pristine condition as we do not allow day ticket fishing, so no mouths ripped to shreds, etc. Only experienced Fishing people with a valid rod license to fish the lake, please. Species of fish in the lake are: Carp, Bream, Barbell, Tench, Roach, Rudd and perch. The biggest caught was a 36lb Grass Carp. The average catch is 12lb Carp. All fish are to be returned alive and unharmed back to the lake. You can also bring a bivvy to set up anywhere around the lake. The best feature, apart from the cabins, for me, is the views and the Sun Set - magical!

Very peaceful and isolated location. No interaction with any other guests. No shared areas. Each cabin overlaps the 3 acre lake. The site is situated in between Boston and Skegness and only 3 miles from the sea-'The Wash'. Ideal for Fishing, relaxing and Contractors are welcome. Lavender and Sunflower Lodge are brand new (Jan 2021) they both have 2 bathrooms including a bath aswel as a shower. Those 2 lodges also have a dishwasher.
