Three Bedroom luxury family lodge, sleeps up to six. Based only a short five minute walk to the endless sandy Scratby beach, with free venue Wi-Fi and a wrap around decking area with outdoor furniture to enjoy. Each room offers double glazing and central heating plus an electric fireplace in the lounge area. Modern fitted kitchen with full sized oven and hob with extractor overhead, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, island with tall breakfast bar seating plus kitchenware for you to use. Additional use of a utility room with sink, storage space and washer /dryer. Dining area with table and six fabric comfortable chairs. Lounge with plush sofa and armchair, large flatscreen TV and homely decor. Master Bedroom with king size bed, TV, storage and dressing table with door leading to En-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 2 - King size bed with TV, Storage, dressing table and wardrobe Bedroom 3 - Twin room with two single beds, TV and storage Large family bathroom with toilet, wash basin and full size bath with overhead electric shower. California Cliffs Holiday Park is a well renowned Parkdean site based in Scratby, Great Yarmouth.
