Impormasyon ng neighborhood

Ilford is a large cosmopolitan town in the north-east of London, England,[2] and the administrative headquarters of the London Borough of Redbridge. It is located 9.1 miles (14.6 km) north-east of Charing Cross and is one of the major metropolitan centres identified in the London Plan.[3] Ilford forms a significant commercial and retail centre surrounded by extensive residential development. It was historically a small rural settlement in the county of Essex and its strategic position on the River Roding and the London to Colchester road caused it to develop as a coaching town.[4] The arrival of the railway in 1839 eventually accelerated that growth and as part of the suburban growth of London in the 20th century, Ilford significantly expanded and increased in population, becoming a municipal borough in 1926. Since 1965 it has formed part of Greater London.

    For guests that arrive later than normal check-in time (after 18:00), the property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Late Check In starts from 18:00.

    A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed and all visitors have to show a valid photo ID.

    A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards.

    Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.

    Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard.

    The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.

    All visitors must leave by 23:00 each night. Only the registered overnight guests are permitted to be in the apartments after 23:00. The deposit will not be refunded to any guests who do not adhere to these rules.
