We are also very happy to welcome your furry friend to our property as we believe they are also part of the family...but please, you MUST let us know, and also understand that a small fully refundable holding deposit must be paid prior to check-in when bringing your pet. Being just a 2-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Bishop Stortford's thriving and eclectic shopping area, as well as a 14-minute drive from Stanstead airport and an 11-minute drive to the major M11 motorway, the central location of the new luxury Stortfield fields development has it all!

The new exclusive Stortfield Fields development in Bishops Stortford is so popular due to its central location and close proximity to the busy Stanstead airport. The large Tesco superstore is less than a 3-minute drive from the house for those dinners at home, while at the same time, the extensive choice of restaurants in the town centre sits just a 5-minute drive away as well giving you the best of both worlds. In the evenings, Newland Avenue is a very quiet and very safe community consisting of mostly younger professional families commuting into London via the direct mainline as well as slightly older retirees. Whether working locally at the airport or taking some time to enjoy the Essex countryside, you cannot go wrong with this perfectly central and luxurious central location. The property has parking for 2 vehicles to the rear of the property as well as a major bus stop that sits directly outside the front door offering transport into the city centre as well as Stanstead airport.
