The bungalow is a few minutes’ walk to the beautiful 13th-century thatched inn, serving good food and drinks, with lovely gardens to dine outside. Take the lane to the rear of the gardens and walk 500 ft down into the Welcombe valley where you can discover stunning valley scenery and onwards to the dog-friendly beach, waterfall, and spectacular coastal path. Also highly recommended for walkers is the stunning Marsland Valley nearby and within a short drive is a visit to the nearby Sandymouth Bay beach, dog friendly all year round.
