The neighbourhood The house is situated in the seaside town of Lytham and perfectly placed to enjoy the many pubs and restaurants nearby, including The Queens, The Taps and Bistro St Annes. There is so much to see and do in the area, including a visit to Fairhaven Lake and the RSPB visitor centre. Here, you can enjoy boat rides, bird watching, nature walks, a bite to eat beside the water and an adventure golf course. Meanwhile, Lytham Windmill, situated on Lytham Green, is also nearby and free to enter. Between June and July, the Lytham Festival is also located here with ten full days of live music to enjoy, while the Lowther Pavilions offers live entertainment throughout the whole year. For a day beside the sea, head to St Annes Beach and Pier with its abundant restaurants, shops and rides to enjoy. The picturesque coastline also makes for the perfect place to relax, stroll and admire the award-winning beach huts.
