Carden Park Golf Resort and Spa is only 5 minutes away and is well worth a visit for a round of golf, or a relaxing session in the Spa. The popular Cock o'Barton is within walking distance, good food and no need to use the car. Slightly further a field is the beautiful town of Llangollen in North Wales, about 35 minutes away where you can enjoy a ride in a Canal Narrow Boat as well as a Steam Train. Perhaps call at Erddig, near Wrexham to have a look around a stunning National Trust house and gardens. Higher Farm B&B is situated in a small village. The B&B itself overlooks farm land and views across the Dee Valley are magnificent. We are 10 minutes from Whitchurch and Wrexham. Chester is 20 minutes drive away and well worth a visit.
