Initial fuel for open fire included, thereafter available locally at cost. There is a winter fuel supplement of GBP 30 per week payable 1st October 2019 to 21st March 2020 and 1st October 2020 to 21st March 2021 which is payable on arrival. Please note this cottage is decorated at christmas if you do not wish to have these decoartions please inform us. Beautifully located in a harbour village, boasting wonderful views and with access from the garden to a sand and shingle beach.. Ground Floor: Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Conservatory: French Doors Leading To Garden Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Bathroom: Roll Top Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet First Floor: Living room: TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Open Fire, Sofa Bed (Double) Bedroom 3: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, gas and electricity (&pound;30 per week October-March), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Highchair. Enclosed garden with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden and the sea is 150 yards away.. This holiday home sits in a harbour village with access from the garden to a sand and shingle beach. Boasting views over Luce Bay to the Mull of Galloway and the Isle of Man, Port William, known as the &lsquo;Machars of Galloway&rsquo; has been presented with the &lsquo;Pride of Galloway&rsquo; award.
