This property exceeding our expectations in every way! The location just outside of Portree was quiet but a 5 minute drive to town. The host generously stocked the kitchen with coffee, tea, bread and jams and also cereals available for breakfast. A wee bit of whisky as a welcome was a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and the property itself is extremely comfortable and well decorated. We felt very much at home. Easy drive for all the sights we were visiting. Don’t hesitate to book!

Neat, clean self catering although well stocked for a self catering with a full loaf of bread, plenty of butter & various jams, 2 lts of milk, orange juice & breakfast cereals, everything one needs plus more. Each room had a beautiful en suite & a tray with a whiskey decanter & glasses & enough 12 year old Glenfiddich for a snifter each

It is beautiful, truly a hidden ‘Glen’ !! We felt so welcome with fresh bread and milk, every item and placement in the apartment was so thoughtful and easy to use. My family and I particularly enjoyed the morning and evening view from the front door over looking the beautiful garden. I am very particular about cleanliness, and truly it was above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t be more happier. We were glad to stay for two nights, felt like home away from home.

It is very clean and comfortable. Very serene environment with rabbits visiting in the morning with sunrise. Host was generous in providing ample food for breakfast (bread, various cereals, milk, orange juice, bottled water, snacks, variety of tea packs and Nespresso coffee pods).

Have never stayed in a more thoughtfully done up place - whether it’s the aesthetics or the facilities provided. The space screams Skye in the subtlest of ways, whether it’s the local art adorning the walls or the smidge bug spray quietly placed in the cupboards - the attention to detail is better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. The location is excellent too and not very far from the Skye highlights of Storr and Quiraing. The town too, is a stones throw from the property. What’s more - we got a single malt welcome and even had cake, bread, cereal and milk available fresh for us. We arrived late at night and the hosts were super kind to make themselves available in the rain to let us in. They had provided for booklets on Skye and even placed board games in the side board. They even happily brought along their dog the next morning when i requested to meet them. What a stay!! Made it the most memorable time at Skye! Can’t wait to be back
