Fowey is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall's vast array of attractions and excellent walking routes. This self-contained apartment is newly decorated and furnished. It has a tasteful, modern design and features art relating to the local area, and double doors opening from the lounge area onto a private decked area with seating. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a high-spec bathroom. The bedrooms have views over the communal garden areas and feature comfortable beds with memory-foam mattresses and cotton sheets. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via both stairs and a lift. Note: the second bedroom has a small double bed and is more suited to a single adult or 2 children. Sofa in the lounge extends to a double temporary bed if required (bedding not provided).

We love walking and kayaking and the apartment has access to both.

The apartment is in a great, central location, seconds away from the river and a 5 minute walk into the centre of Fowey. The walk into town is relatively flat (rare for Fowey, it gets pretty hilly off the central streets!). Parking is available immediately outside the apartment (again, rare for Fowey!). There is a great ice cream shop a minute from the apartment. Kayaks can be rented across the road from the apartment building. The car and foot ferry to Boddinick and beyond is very easily accessible and you can drive to and from the apartment without the need to go through the town centre.
