Fern Dale Cottage is a very warm newly renovated cottage in a small East Devon village, with eco air source central heating as well as a log burner. There is a downstairs cloak room and new upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath, one double and one twin bedroom, a good size beamed lounge/dining room, and modern kitchen. The south-facing garden has a raised decking area, perfect for morning breakfast. There is also a bridge over the stream to the long lawned garden (which backs onto farm land).

Fern Dale is holiday cottage to us and our children, and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Stockland is situated a 20 minute drive from the coast where you will find many pretty places to visit. Lyme Regis is the nearest sandy beach. Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage is 6 miles away in Axminster. You will also find good local outdoor markets which are well worth a visit. A good number of National Trust properties are a short drive away.
