Take a break and relax at our beautiful and tranquil getaway. A fully converted Annexe detached from the main house with access to gardens and superb hot tub. Situated in the heart of the stunning village of Warmingham, 100 meters from the "world famous" Bears Paw. A spacious double bedroom on the upper level will sleep two with a large workspace area with sturdy desk and chair for our business travellers, downstairs kitchen-living space can convert to sleep an additional two people. A shower bathroom and storage complete the inside. The outside has parking for two vehicles, a large garden area for exclusive use of guests with a sunken garden area where you will find a large hot tub (for 5 people), a decked area, fire pit and pizza oven. Night lights all round the area make for a cozy and perfect social space or romantic hide away.
Warmingham has been our home for approaching 2 years and is a lovely rural retreat for us, we really want to share that with our guests and we hope that you have a wonderful stay. The village is simply a church, school and a fantastic pub/restaurant that is very highly recommended (The Bears Paw), all within two minutes of the annexe. There is a village hall and we were thrilled to find that we also have a post box! Four miles away is the market town of Sandbach which is lovely and has lots of history, shops and a number of excellent places to eat out. Six miles away is Nantwich which is another historic market town and is similar to Sandbach. Historic Chester is a 30 minute drive, Manchester can be reached by train in 30 mins (Sandbach station is 3 miles from the annexe). Manchester is a brilliant and vibrant place. Wilmslow and Alderley Edge stations are en-route to Manchester and are between 15 and 25 mins away. There are many country and canal walks, there are first class fisheries for anyone who is into that. One can hire a canal boat, or visit a cinema (5 miles) There is even a motocross track in Middlewich around 3 miles away. The village is rural, quiet and relaxing, but close enough to lots of things to do and the M6 is around 6 miles away.
