The property is newly redecorated throughout. It is stunning provision, with all modern conveniences. The beds sleep 4 people and can configure as one double bed and one king sized bed or one double and 2 single beds. There are 2 beautiful en-suite bathrooms. It is in an excellent location; 3 minutes walk from a large supermarket with cafe and foreign exchange and it is also only 10 minutes walk from the train station. There is free parking at the rear of the property for up to two vehicles. For your safety and to communicate with us, there is a RING doorbell. Please book for the exact number of occupant staying in the property. If an extra unregistered guest stays overnight in the property, the charge is fifty pounds per night. As this accommodation is located in a residential neighbourhood, please keep to normal noise level. No sound system is allowed. Please no loud talking, singing, shouting or jumping is permitted, a fine of three hundred and fifty pounds will be charged. ONE LINER JOKE What noise does a sheepdog make? This beautiful Victorian built apartment is in a peaceful area of Swindon. There is a very handy TESCO EXTRA 3 minutes walk behind the property. There is a B&M 2 minutes walk behind the property. This is one of UK's fastest-growing variety retailers. Also JD Sports are preparing to open a GYM complex 2 mins from the back of the property. From the front of the property the train station is 10 minutes walk or about 6 minutes drive and there is parking at the train station. 24 minutes drive away is Cirencester. This town is worth a visit; for its Public Tea rooms, Victorian mansions, canals, rivers, parks. It is the capital of the Cotswolds. This town was the largest in Roman Britain after London. The Corinium Museum highlighted Cirencester's Roman past.
