The property has a private access gated area for parking with electric car charging facility it has its own garden with sun loungers. There is a fully fitted kitchen with all built in appliances and a lounge with a 55" wall mounted television and downstairs toilet and wash baison. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with french doors one with king size bed the other with a double both have wall mounted 40" televisions. The shower with toilet and wash baison is situated between the two bedrooms.
We live next to the property and are available for any help you may require. We are dog friendly
Great location five minute walk into town centre. Near to Lord Street shops bars and resaurants and victoria park home of the Southport Flower Show. We are situated a ten minute walk from the main train station and fifteen minutes from the sea front and all attractions.
