Clive Crest House is an ideal terraced house for you to spend your Staycation. The house is just for you! The house in central Fratton Portsmouth is a traditional Victorian terrace with contemporary features. This property comprises a spacious lounge with a super large sofa-bed, and a separate dining room to comfortably seat six. The fully equipped kitchen is set and ready for you to cook with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A selection of tea, coffee, milk, some spices, and other complementary items are provided. Out of the kitchen, there is ONE GROUND FLOOR BATHROOM with WC, shower over the bath, basin, and washing machine. On the first floor- 3 double bedrooms. WIFI speed is up to 200mps Parking is on-street with residential on-street parking permits provided for 1 car, although it gets busy in the evenings, particularly at weekends.
