Christchurch Guesthouse Apartments is a First Floor and Loft Floor self-contained Apartment with Own Entrance, accessed through shared Entrance porch and lobby. There is free Wi-Fi and Street Parking. The Apartment is Double Glazed and has Central Heating. The Apartment has bamboo flooring. The Apartment has two Room Types, Double Room at First Floor and Twin Loft Room at second floor available for booking. Guest have the option of booking the whole apartment by booking both room types with exclusive use of all self contained apartment facilities or book individual room types with shared communal facilities including a Lounge with Settees, Dinning Table TV and Satellite Channels, a fully equipped Kitchen with Electric Cooker and Oven, Micro, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Kettle and Toaster and Utensils, cutlery and Dishes etc., a Separate Toilet and Shower Room. This is a self-managed Guest Apartment and guests are responsible for doing their own cleaning to maintain the facilities in clean state for themselves and their fellow guests. Guests must note before booking that they will be required to provide Photo ID and Address Proof and confirm that they have read and agree the Special Covid 19 Terms and Conditions in the Host Section of the House Listing on booking.com. and in the Welcome message on making a booking. Guest are not allowed to invite their guests maximum two persons into the House except for short visits only in the Lounge restricted up to 9.00 pm and not to allow guests in any part of the property unattended during such visits. Guests are restricted to two pieces of luggage per person. London is 16 km from the apartment. London Heathrow Airport is 16 km from the property.

Christchurch Apartments is a self contained well furnished 2 Bedroom Apartment with a Lounge & Dining Room, Fully fitted Kitchen with Washing Machine, Laundry Room, Shower Room and Separate Toilet. There is free Broadband and SkyQ TV. The property is 10 minutes walk to Harrow & Wealdstone Overground Station with Jubilee Line and fast trains to Euston Underground Station. H9 & H10 bus runs from the Apartment to Northwick Underground Station which connects to London Metro System. Harrow Leisure Centre is 5 minutes walk from the property and has swimming pools and fitness and sporting facilities. Kenton Recreation Park is walking distance from the Apartment.
