A spacious double room in a bright and airy apartment in a secure development, with a large sun-drenched patio and off-road visitor parking. 10 min walk from the train station (24 mins direct into central London), and 20 mins walk from the main High Street. Free high-speed unlimited fibre wi-fi is available to guests. The space The clean and spacious double room includes wardrobes, private TV with DVD/Blu Ray player and a selection of movies. Next door is the large private guest bathroom with separate shower , plus sink vanity and toilet. The apartment is located in a secure development with a sunny south facing aspect. Off-road visitor parking is available. Located 10 min walk from Bat & Ball station 1 stop 3minutes to Sevenoaks train station (with regular direct trains into London's Cannon St, London Bridge, Waterloo and Charing Cross stations) and 20 mins walk from the centre of Sevenoaks High Street with its wealth of shops, restaurants and supermarkets (M&S, Tesco and Waitrose). Guest access In addition to their room and private bathroom, guests have full use of the shared lounge with 55" widescreen HDTV and movie selection, fully featured kitchen and dining area.
