This spacious and well appointed cottage in the grounds of our home is on the outskirts of Banchory with easy access to the village and its facilities. The cottage sleeps 4 people, has 2 toilets and is totally self contained with its own entrance. All on one level, it offers a sun-lounge, sitting room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, wet-room shower room and two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and en-suite toilet and basin and the other with twin single beds. Private garden and parking facilities are available to the rear of the property. All gas heating, electricity and Wifi usage is included in the rental price. The cottage is suitable for the ambulant disabled but unfortunately not for those requiring wheelchairs.

Bridge of Bennie Cottage is situated in Royal Deeside and offers easy access to the countryside for nature lovers, hill walkers, outdoor sports or just gentle road trips – our guests love the scenery and opportunity to relax in this part of Scotland. Dramatic and romantic castles abound, distilleries, and wild mountain scenery are all easily reached with a short drive. For those wishing to travel further, Inverness and the Cairngorms are easily accessed for a days outing, and of course, the oil capital of Aberdeen is only an hours drive from Banchory. Nearby, beautiful views of the salmon bearing River Dee are a short walk from the cottage as are the famous gardens of Crathes Castle. We also have both a performing arts venue and a sports centre/swimming pool within walking distance of the property. And when it is time to eat, Banchory offers fine dining through to local take-aways or, for those wishing to cater for themselves, we have a large Tesco within easy walking distance.
